Atlantic Welcomes Sound Shore Fund
April 15, 2016
Atlantic Fund Services is pleased to announce it has recently completed migrating the $1.8 billion Sound Shore Fund onto its fund accounting, administration and transfer agency platforms. The migration, performed in stages, started with transitioning regulatory administration services at the beginning of the year; fund accounting, performance and post-trade compliance on February 8th; and transfer agency on April 4th. "Many of us at Atlantic have fond memories of servicing Sound Shore Fund in the 1990’s and early 2000’s," said Stacey Hong, President of Atlantic, "and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to service the Fund again."
Atlantic provides fund accounting, administration, transfer agency and compliance services to mutual funds, private funds and other pooled investment vehicles. Atlantic’s predecessor, Forum Financial Group, serviced Sound Shore Fund through Forum’s acquisition by Citi in 2003.
